Charles has been a professional home inspector since 1995. He has completed over 10,000 home inspections for satisfied clients including inspections for buyers, sellers and major relocation companies.

An ASHI Certified Inspector since 1997, Charles has also served the American Society of Home Inspectors as a National Director and as a past secretary and director of the Great Lakes Chapter of ASHI.

Pier reviews test a home inspector’s abilities like no other test can. Charles has been pier reviewed by some of the best inspectors in the country earning the Inspector by Review® and Master Inspector by Review® designations.

Charles is certified through the National Radon Safety Board as a radon tester and is licensed in the state of Indiana to conduct Wood Destroying Insect inspections.
